Perimeter Fencing, Fairhaven Lake Lytham
GJN successfully completed the installation of over 300 metres of high-quality Broxap perimeter fencing and safety handrails at Fairhaven Lake, Lytham. This large-scale
public realm project required precision setting out, excavation and the formation of 450mm deep reinforced concrete foundations to ensure long-term structural stability and durability in a coastal
environment.
In addition to the fencing works, GJN also supplied and installed a number of bespoke access gates, designed to complement the surrounding railings while maintaining
secure and controlled entry points around the lake. These gates were carefully positioned and installed to the same high standards as the fencing system, ensuring both functionality and visual
consistency across the site.
All fence posts were securely fixed to withstand high winds and heavy public use, providing a safe and robust barrier around the lake.
