Working in partnership with Fylde Council, GJN successfully completed the structural repair and refurbishment of the Lorne Street Footbridge in Lytham,
ensuring this vital community crossing remained safe and accessible.
With the bridge serving as an important pedestrian route, the project was completed within a strict one-week programme to minimise disruption to local residents. Our
experienced team carried out comprehensive structural repairs before applying a high-performance protective coating, extending the lifespan of both the repairs and the existing concrete
structure.
The completed refurbishment has restored the bridge's strength, durability, and appearance, providing a long-lasting solution for the local community while helping to
protect this essential piece of infrastructure for years to come.
