Our largest core drilling package to date, with over 2000 core holes drilled for this 12 storey, 3 block student accomodation. Sizes ranging from 52mm, 78mm, 112mm, 127mm, 152mm and 300mm holes. Drilling 127mm holes through a 300mm heavy RC slab for services (up to 40mm reinforcing bars in bottom layer). Holes for vents through metsip panels, saw cutting of slab, chases in slab. vents in cladding panels and stitch drilling 650mm holes for extract fans. All work completed to programme. We have returned in 2020 to complete phases 2 and 3 for Watkin Jones.
