William Anelay, Luxury Build, Alderley Edge

Working again with William Anelay, this time undertaking a range of tasks. As well as core drilling for services, we drilled and installed foundation sheer pins and formed a door opening through a 300mm thick RC plant room wall. The 16mm foundation pins where core drilled (112mm diameter) 900mm deep into the sandstone foundation, sleeved then filled with high grade concrete. This was done to provide greater structural support to the upper walls.
