This multi level RC frame student accommodation building in Newcastle for Watkin Jones contained many challenging core holes for GJN. With the usual services all having been accommodated for in the pouring of the slabs, GJN core drilled many bespoke holes through a heavily reinforced 250mm slab and 300mm walls.
