Watkin Jones, Student Accomodation, Brook Street, Derby

Our first project for our good customer Watkin Jones Group. The main part of the works was core drilling for services (svp, rwp) as well as undertaking cutting, grinding and breaking works.

Standard drilling, over 500 number 152mm diameter holes through 225mm floor (150mm hollowcore planks with 75mm screed). 112mm diameter holes through standard brick and block walls for vents.

Other works undertaken included, saw cutting to slabs, floor grinding, levelling of staircase treads, drilling chambers and stitch drilling for incoming services.
